Santiago was prompt in response and provided me a detailed estimate and samples of his work. Once we agreed on the work, he promptly provided a contract and a start date for the work. His work crews are very timely, efficient, and courteous. They work hard and clean up after themselves at the completion of the day. They genuinely care if I like the work and ask questions on my preference. Both Santiago and Cary are very communicative and responsive. They provide beautiful custom work including custom cabinets and counters in the kitchen at an affordable price. They converted a coat closet into a beautiful walk in shower. Substantial work was completed in 4-5 weeks. I am very pleased and proud of the work completed and would recommend them to anyone looking to complete a home remodel.

I had some repairs that I needed on my home; replacing outside wood panels, rebuilding my balcony, fence repair and painting, replacing two windows and two skylights, repairing a couple sliding screens, repairing a sliding glass door, cement work, replacing an outside light, putting a clear coat in a couple of my bathrooms, etc. Cary and Santiago were great. Communication was great and their crew was great. They did great work, responded well to our additional requests and cleaned up at the end of each day so that there wasn't a mess. We invited them in to use our restrooms whenever they needed but they chose to use our association pool restroom, I felt that was very considerate. On Thursdays they brought in our trash cans, nobody asked, they just did it. I was a little concerned at first since they only had two reviews on yelp, but after looking into the reviewers I felt it was worth a chance since their quote was so much more affordable than the others we received. So glad we went with them. Next time I have a job, I will call them first. BTW, they sent me a Christmas card. Never had a contractor do that. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
